Griffin-DuBose Healing Lodge
To allow for expansion of the services provided by the Loran Smith Center for Cancer Support, Athens Regional Medical Center now offers the Griffin-DuBose Healing Lodge.
The new facility features a main gathering space around a beautiful stone fireplace, an open area Activities Room, a Conference and Dining Room, Nutrition and Hospitality area, and a private Consultation Room. The back of the healing lodge opens into a beautiful meditation garden.
The Griffin-DuBose Healing Lodge is next to the LSCCS on Talmadge Avenue. It is named after John E. "Buck" Griffin and Bolling S. DuBose, Jr., M.D., both tireless and beloved champions of ARMC. The Griffin-DuBose Healing Lodge symbolizes their legacy of integrity, wisdom and kindness.
