What to Expect
We are pleased you have chosen Regional Rehabilitation for your therapy needs. There are a few things we'd like you to know before you start your program with us.
Participation
We believe very strongly in the team approach to rehabilitation. The rehab team includes you, your therapists, physician, caregiver and, at times, other community supports.
You are the most important member of this team! Your active participation in therapy and follow-through with the recommended home exercise/activity program and discharge plan is vital to achieving success. Please let your therapist know if you have any questions or concerns as they involve you in your rehabilitation program.
Attendance and Cancellation Policies
It is very important you arrive on time for your scheduled appointments. If you will be late, please call ahead to see if your therapist can still see you without inconveniencing our other patients.
Your consideration of other patients is also requested when canceling appointments. When possible, please let us know you need to cancel 24 hours in advance, so we are able to meet other patients' needs. Regional Rehabilitation has a voicemail system where you can leave messages from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. after our office closes. Please call us at 706-475-3511.
Check-in
Please arrive 30 minutes early for your first appointment. This will allow you time to provide us with important information. Please bring:
- Your prescription/referral form
- Insurance card and picture ID
- Medication list
- Any other information that might be helpful including questionnaires we may have sent
Billing
Our Business Office handles all billing and insurance issues. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns, and we will assist you in contacting a financial counselor. You may contact them directly at 706-475-3520.
