Patient and Family Advisors
To improve the lives and health of those we touch -- this is the Athens Regional mission. One of the best ways to improve patient care is to partner with patients and families. We want our patients and families to be involved, to share feedback, and to help us create exceptional patient experiences.
As partners, we will:
- Treat you and your loved ones with dignity and respect
- Share accurate and timely healthcare information
- Encourage you to participate in care decisions
- Collaborate with you to continually improve our service and care
Be a Patient and Family Advisor
To strengthen our partnership, we have established a patient and family advisory program. Patient and family advisors are current or former patients or family members. They volunteer to work with us to provide a patient perspective, to make recommendations, and to help improve the healthcare experience for everyone.
Advisors may participate in a focus group, council and/or email surveys. Interested in volunteering as a Patient Family Advisor?
