The mission of Athens Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is to improve the lives and health of those we touch. The Patient Experience Department upholds this mission through their dedication to helping our patients and visitors. There are several ways they offer support and guidance.
Athens Regional provides free Language Services. As part of our Language Services, Spanish Interpreters are here to provide medical/clinical interpretation services for physicians, ARMC staff and Spanish-speaking guests. ARMC uses an outside resource when Spanish Interpreters are not available and for hearing impaired and other foreign language interpretation.
The Guest House is provides a convenient, comfortable and affordable place for patient families to stay while they are far from home.
Our Patient Experience Representatives work to address the patient experience and provide support to patients and their families. They ensure each patient is treated with compassion, courtesy and respect.
