About Medical Connections Primary Care Conference

The clinical challenge of primary care lies not only in the breadth of the specialty, but also the need to stay current in practice areas. Our Primary Care Conference provides the participant with a balanced blend of core primary care topics coupled with updates on recent advances in a variety of specialty and subspecialty areas. It is designed to provide busy physicians, PAs,  NPs, and nurses with up-to-date, evidence-based presentations on a variety of clinical topics commonly seen in primary care. Emphasis is placed on practical application of the topics presented.

Topics for the next conference will be based on the educational needs identified on our annual needs assessment which includes a survey of past conference participants, epidemiological data, quality improvement data, and other sources of information.

The conference format will include didactic lectures, case studies, and questions and answer sessions and will feature speakers selected for their expertise in the topics being presented.
