Tai Chi at the Mind Body Institute
Tai Chi is based on the ancient Chinese method of working on self-healing through the use of breath and movement. We offer several Tai Chi classes at the Mind Body Institute.
Tai Chi Courses
Tai Chi Easy/Qi Gong
Learn four methods of self-healing:
- Gentle body movement
It improves stress response and enhances energy. This Chinese practice can be adapted to special needs and can be used by people recovering from illness or injury. This course will include the 9 Phases.
Sun Style Tai Chi
Sun Style Tai Chi is safe, easy to learn and suitable for all fitness levels.
